Delivery and Returns policy
While we will happily ship worldwide, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be responsible for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
We will dispatch your order within 2 days of receiving payment.
The cost of postage and packaging will be added at checkout in addition to the cost of the product you are purchasing.
If you have a special occasion that you need your jewellery for please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to ship your order as a priority.
For orders in the UK your order will be sent by Royal Mail first class signed for delivery, which takes 1-3 days to deliver on average.
For international orders we will use our partner courier to ship your order, you will be sent a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Our returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since the date of your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email us directly at email@example.com we will then process your return for you and provide you with a returns address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you out.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless the product is defective or damaged and evidence is provided of this.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
To return your product, you should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the returns address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and responsibility of return is entrusted to you.
